I’ve been studying Tai Chi Chuan for the last 20 years. I teach Yang style Tai Chi and include Qigong (Chi Gung).
I teach for health, you learn to relax, to improve your balance and flexibility. Most importantly the training helps to heal your body internally making you fitter and stronger.
